By using our service, you fully agree to the terms listed below. If you feel that the following terms are not suitable for you, your use of the service will be terminated.

1. Payment Method & Refund Money

Membership fees are paid via PayPal (recommended) or other payment methods provided by us. Payments are non-refundable. The service will be terminated if we detect illegal fraud, or demand from you. Fees paid will not be refunded.

2. Service Usage Time

The Membership account validity period is calculated by month (not by day) from the date we receive your payment. For example, if you register for the Starter package (3 months) and successfully pay on 2025-02-01, the validity period will be until 2025-05-01.

3. Number Of Devices Used

For security reasons, for each member account, you are allowed to log in on 1 browser at a time. In case no action is recorded on the browser, the account will be automatically logged out after 5 minutes.

4. Data Collection And Processing

We are allowed to collect information such as: IP Address connection, Email address,… for the purpose of operating the service. This data will be deleted if requested by you or membership expires.

5. Support Time

We always try to support and respond to customers as quickly as possible. In some cases that arise causing delays, we will respond within 48 hours at the latest.
